I made this zine to share during Komiket in 2019, and I wanted to share what it's like to struggle to get up from the bed, face some existential dread, and eventually recognize that it's okay to seek help. 

PS: I published this in 2019 and I haven't updated this in two years! for example, I'm working as a full-time Psychosocial Support Specialist right now. :)
